Job Title: Service Writer Associate
Job Description: Assist all customers, both internal and external, with service development and scheduling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
- Work with members of sales and parts departments who have service requests
- Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Greet customers and assist with loading or unloading machines
- Take service appointments and maintain an orderly schedule
- Collect all data for unit to be repaired and enter into ROs
- Provide up front estimates on standard service jobs
- Dispatch repair orders to technicians with the proper skill level
- Perform follow up on repairs in progress and re-evaluate completion times
- Handle phone inquiries on repairs in progress or current status
- Perform spot check on units for proper repairs and cleanliness
- Process and close completed repair orders with detailed resolution, and any suggested repair /
- Enter warranty claims at time repair order is completed and submit for payment
- Maintain service documentation files
- Deliver and load completed machines
- Utilize service history files to promote follow-up service and specials during slow periods
- Communicate with factory representatives when necessary and provide documentation when requested
- Maintain warranty parts retention and return per guidelines
- Assist technicians if help is requested
- Perform minor service repair and parts replacement when time allows
- Maintain clean and organized motorcycle and ATV holding areas / keep rear reception area open for customers.
Requirements:
- Sales skills
- Present an upbeat, friendly, outgoing personality
- Knowledge and experience of motorcycle parts and accessories preferred.The ability to learn and absorb material is a must.
- Ability to accept direction, follow instructions and work well with other people.
- Experience with Computer Point-of-Sale system or the ability to quickly learn.
- Being prompt and available for flexible scheduling.
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
- Occasionally required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach and lift over 40 lbs. of material
- Noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
- Will be potentially exposed to battery acid, gasoline, chemical cleaning materials, exhaust fumes or other toxic materials commonly in a motorcycle parts/service department.

Job Title: Parts & Accessories Sales Associate
Job Description: Assist all customers, both internal and external, with parts and accessory requests, orders and questions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with determination of P&A requirements, lookup of merchandise in catalogues, micro-fiche, etc.
- Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
- Develop knowledge of P&A merchandise, new products, installation instructions, etc.
- Help maintain a clean and efficient P&A environment. This includes; stocking new product, merchandising the showroom for the riding season, cleaning up parts counter, catalogues and showroom.
- Ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls quickly and efficiently.
- Work with members of sales department and service department who have P&A requests
- Ability to work with multiple customers simultaneously while maintaining individual customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training courses to further knowledge in P&A sold through the dealership.
