This was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had in my life. Sam, the sales person, gave me some space to explore on my own. When I had questions he was helpful and knowledgeable. When it came to the sale it was open and straight forward. There weren't any hidden fees. Add-ons were presented as options and not forced upon me. The price of the bike and the cost of add-ons were laid out very clearly both in total and as it would affect my payments. The delivery was very easy. When I received the bike it wouldn't start, these guys went above and beyond to help me and make sure I was satisfied with my purchase at no extra cost to me. I can't recommend them strongly enough. Thursday, July 9, 2020 New Tires: Let me say nothing easy about getting tires and having them installed on a Gold Wing. I went to my local Honda dealer Motor Sports of Roanoke checked in with service department. Service writer/manager said hed put me on for about a month from now. Wow, that didnt work for me. So then a local total me of a local independent shop that could probably install new tires for me, well Id had a bad experience before with a none Honda shop. They can install tires but they might mess up your TPC which I had to have Honda shop fix. So I called Blue Ridge Power Sports in Harrisonburg, service was busy on another call but person on the phone said, sure we can get you going. Transferred me to parts to make sure they had tires in stock, yes then paid. Back to service Gary service manager. He said how about tomorrow at 1 and wait. Wow, what a change. I dont even get that service in Florida where I purchased my wing. My experience with Blue Ridge Power Sports was first class. When I arrived the service manager was busy so the owner came out and helped me get signed in, then followed up when I wing was done, first class place. John DuBose

Was on a cross-country trip from Texas to Maine and badly needed a new rear tire. I was calling places and getting the usual "We have to order that one but we have this extremely high dollar one in stock" routine when a customer of theirs told me about this dealership. I arrived 1st thing in the morning and even though it was a Saturday and they already had a full schedule but managed to fit me in so I could continue on my trip. While waiting, the other items they sold were very competitive and if I am ever in the area again, I would do business with them again. They restored my faith in dealerships.

Was traveling with Run For The Wall and had a major brake line problem on my trike. Service staff was fantastic - Gary worked magic to get me in and out so I could finish the run. Service, support and attitude was greatly appreciated.

Very nice service, even though we didn't buy here. The salesperson was even willing to help us shop around the other associated dealers in the state to find what we were looking for.

These folks are amazing. Their service department helped me out of a bind when none of my friends could. On top of that they didn't even charge me. Got my rebel back road worthy for the remainder of my trip. They went out of there way to see I got all the help needed. A small group of bikers in Rockingham County are putting together a benefit ride for October 7th. Blue Ridge Powesports was one of the places the bikers had stopped for donations.
